I was having the same issue until i had enough and change my availability. Then during friday mornings i would check the schedule online since that's when they're usually changing stuff around. If i saw i would have a close/opening shift then i would call and they would change it.

Nah it won't. During my 90 days, i used to not pick up and just let it go to voicemail because they were usually cashier shifts and i hated them. As long as you don't do ncns or come in late a lot etc, ull be okay.

Another question. If you are flagged as non-rehirable, when you put target as a reference will they tell the prospective employer that you are non-rehirable? Apparently calling out once during your last two weeks puts u on the system as such.

Yep thats exactly why I'm not doing a ncns. If I can't get anyone to cover my remaining shifts i'll just work them or call out. I know people need the hours

I'm so grateful for this forum, I was just told to use locu when i came accross an item that i couldnt find in my pulls (never Move because it hurts our score) and shown how to do it once. Messed up the first time i did it by myself but fixed with mydevice hrs later. Now I understand how LOCU works.
