Bruh, where I’m from the only jobs willing to pay close to $13/hour are the ones that demand a lot of physical labor (which usually cap off at $13/hr) or you’re behind a desk or assisting in a doctor’s office, in which you have to have mad qualifications.
i just wish more people would realize that they are employed by a private company & they might have to just do what their employer says or find another job. You just can’t expect to make the rules everywhere you go or that the rules are going to bend for you bc of anything & that is life. mine...
Yes, but an employer does not have to provide reasonable accommodation that creates undue hardship for the employer, so if accommodating would be too expensive or difficult, then it wouldn't be an ADA requirement.
Dedicated TMs are lucky if they get shifts over 4 hours. Most VMs are full-time TMs and receive 8 hour shifts. I'm no mathematician, but I'm pretty sure that's a 4 hour difference. Most people would agree that a lot more can get done with an extra 4 hours.
Does anyone know the SAP name for the 2-3 inch white pegs that are used in Softlines for jewelry on the white moveable walls? They also have a grey version (surprise).
