Man I wish I worked at your guys’ stores. They sound competent and functioning.

It kind of is like that at my store too, but I wasn’t sure if that was just my closing TL’s personality

Are closing leads supposed to be higher on the chain or something?

My ETL would kill us if we ever that low. Do you guys pause a lot of carts?

What is your guys’ average pick productivity rate as a store? At our store we’re usually at 58-62. I wanna know if that’s too low for us.

Out of curiosity are we allowed to wear headbands? I’m a dude with long hair who sweats quite a bit, so wearing a headband would be ideal while running around doing OPUs all day.

Our newest GM TL acknowledged the wrong truck for today and as a result our INF score was 19%. 🙃

How is carryover at your guys’ stores? Our store has been having 1000+ carryover the past few weeks. It just seems like a fantasy for carryover to be zero. Orders keep dropping and dropping and we usually only have 3 or 4 closers. No way it’ll ever get done.

BRLA is not bad last I checked. Stuff from the truck has been taking longer to be pushed out, but usually everything is out by the end of the day, including most repacks. My TL has been having some of the team do suspect audits, but so far that hasn’t made any difference.

Do you guys have any tips on how to bring down INF at your store? My store has been hovering around the 8-9% for the past couple weeks now.

Have you guys seriously not gotten these printers until now? Our store has had them since October. Y’all got me worried they changed the printers again.
