Has anyone else had problems with the new SRF/MySupport/CSC? I've filled out mysupports that are obviously for CSC show up in my Maximo inbox as a SR, more than once. And my store team has a really rough time getting SRs done correctly because of the new format.

As an ETL-LOG, you will be the Exec over the SFT. Support this person with vigor. Inspire your peers to fill out the mysupport instead of doing shoulder taps.
If the SFT is waiting on parts, get his back.
Another change since this thread got going is the ipad. SFTs keep track of w/o, wtv and just about everything else on an ipad. About the only thing we cannot do on there is order from SAP and upload our wtv scores into myhome. I'm still not sold on it.
