Anyone know where to find the report that says how many POG Fills/New POG Fills/Rev Fills/Order Batches your store has dropped? and no I'm not talking about TWT

Our LODs always delegate PCV to the TLs and have TMs/Tls throw the trash in the compactor

OP's second point is completely true. A TM or TL can work their butt off all year but if it isn't within the budget/your store isn't completely green then they wont get the raise they deserve.

we pulled our own batches but never had time to completely fill due to this. instock scores were bad so District stepped in and told backroom to get their act together and now we tie and create batches the day before and backroom pulls them for us

There is a report that shows how many New POG Fills, POG Fills, REVision Fills, and Order batches got dropped. so be careful you don't have to many POG Fill batches or its bound to raise some red flags
