At my Store LOD does a Brand walk 30 mins before we open and then does another with the closing LOD when they come in. Sometimes the Sales Floor Leaders will join them, sometimes they won't

The Stores in My District don't uses the "New Team Member" name badges. DM does not like them. instead all new team members get an old name badge with there name put on it via a label maker.

Definitely ASANTS, as my store never promotes GSAs. Its a dead end position, If your good, they work you to death as your to valuable where you are and therefore hared to replace in a position very few people want.

Sounds high to me, my store is a B volume. We have 2 GSTL's and 3 GSA's. Per the Org Chart, B Volume Stores are only allotted 2 GSTL's and 2 GSA, but we were approved for a 3rd GSA since one of our GSTLs is a Sr TL and has to cover LOD shifts. We are rarely doubled up, and when we are its...

Your store gets hours to zone after close? must be nice. In my store only the GSTL-GSA and the LOD are allowed to stay after the store closes and then only 30 minutes max

Target does still have paper Red Card applications for the Debit version. Guests can print them out from the gift registry kiosk. My DTL has us printing them and placing them in bags of guests that don't have them. We are to do this till the Back to School/College rush is over.

the W-4 has to do with your federal income taxes. The DE-4 is same form, but for the State of California. Your not required to fill out the DE-4, but the state recommends it to prevent potentially owing the state money at the end of the year.

It varies state to state, just like hours you work before a meal must be taken, and how many days in a row you can work. Some states have more restrictions then others. Some states, like mine, have no restrictions on hours worked between shifts and numbers of days you can work in a row.

DTL Interview is no longer a requirement. I read on redwire a few months back that they are no longer required for TL promotions

Depends on your leadership. In my store, hitting meal compliance is an automatic Corrective Action. No exceptions.
