We had such time during last year q4 when we all had max hours and work gets caught up everyday. We used extra hours to deep zone and find expired things and much more . What we need is more people with more hours 🤣🤣

Our store is almost the same case . Our freezer TM started the transitions last Sunday as our Plano team was busy with other depts . Now we still have lot of transitions plus the freezer is full of pallets and uboats . Yesterday we did 2-3 pallets as the Plano was finally free to do our stuff ...

Our store has on one side people with 40 hrs and on the other , people with barely any hours . I saw in the daily grid some TMs getting 3.75hrs . Our store always scheduled a minimum of 4hrs . This is something new . One day I saw all real fulfillment TMs were on 4hrs schedule and obviously we...

I don’t see a problem either talking about hours between TMs . Only thing the leaders might not like is some one pointing out why their hours are cut but some other TMs are still getting max hours . They don’t want to explain such things to TMs .

When you type most of these words the corresponding emoji suggestions pops up and all you have to do is choose it . I don’t find it’s exhausting . It might be annoying to people who don’t like seeing lot of emojis on a text 🤪

Exactly what’s happening in our store. They are looking for early morning fulfillment people but I guess no one came forward to accept that role even when they guarantee max hours and all . So when my department people who unfortunately come early and are mostly long time TMs , are stuck doing...

I would say utilize Target’s education benefits and get some degree in a field you are interested in . May be then you can find a better job . I don’t think any job is little or unworthy . But you still have a long way ahead of you . So stay with Target and build your skills and look for a job...

I just heard out HR saying that this week a very big number of TMs didn’t meet their desired hours . It’s so bad this week that morning there were zero TMs for fulfillment until store open. We had a very difficult time clearing the opu batches . By 1 pm most of the morning TMs are gone .
