    I’m also curious to know if there is a pay bump for existing leads? TMs are bumped to $13, then $15... but I’ve yet to hear about an increase for leads. Seniors lost their titles but kept their pay. TLs are being held at the same rate but are expected to step up as key holders and receive LOD...

    DBO thread

    There is an ESFS team and a SFS TL with the rollout at my store. Seems quite permanent.. they worked pretty hard to shift fulfillment centers into stores to undo it all and rebuild them. But...... I’m not paid to research, analyze costs, or make those decisions.
