    I'm convinced that most guests are dumb enough to be confused by that statement. I always say that, and I almost always get, "Huh? Do you have it or not? Can you check the back?" in response. As for prank calls, every so often I'll get a call and I really won't be able to tell whether or not...

    One thing that helps for getting attachments is to treat them as a necessity rather than an option. For example, when selling cameras, you could inform guests that the cameras don't come with SD cards, so they'll definitely need one. Cameras can also be quite fragile, and the best protection...

    It's possible. They never bring the entire ad; it's just a small section with the particular product that they are looking for that's been ripped out of the sales paper. I don't know why they do that. Just bring the entire paper; it would save everyone some time.
