So I went on LOA and will be returning back to work in a week and was told to call and notify them before or on the day I am to return but I was never told who to talk to. Does anyone know?

Yeah I am over my 90 days but only by 2 weeks so that's still fine right?

Also if I was given a LOA what do I do when I return back to working?

I've read a few threads for a LOA for educational purposes but I still have a few questions 1) What are the requirements for requesting a LOA 2) How much of a notice should I give 3) How do I go about asking for a LOA and also if you have anymore information that would be nice

I am unable to work today and was not able to find a person to take my shift so I have to call out but I haven't done that before so who do I ask to speak to? What do I say, just don't I can't come in? Also because i'm a cashier do I ask to speak to the gstl or HR? Thanks :)
