They admitted to doing which makes complete sense and I don’t disagree but it’s frustrating how consistent it is especially when I ask for help on some days I get a response of “oh this TM was able to do it on their own so you should be able to” when I have far more orders, have the least amount...
Quick question but when you pick and pack more orders before 1:00 does the system still drop more than if you were didn’t touch anything? I know that happened during Q4 and I’m pretty damn sure that it’s still happening. I’m the quickest and picking and packing and will regularly pack a cart...
Two questions, so with Manhattan supposedly going away does anyone know what the alternative will be because there better be one. If not then RIP SFS as there’s almost always errors when I don’t work it. And where exactly do you go to find the number of packages you have packed so you can give...
I’ve heard rumors through the grapevine that my store will also be getting one to two more packing stations and the only problem is the same as everyone else’s, no space! But with all these store getting more packing stations is it confirmed that all stores will essentially be ESFS or at least...

Anyone else get massive amounts of water in orders? Like almost every truck I’ll get an order for 30-40 of the Poland Spring gallon jugs and it’s just a complete pain to pack and split all of those. What’s even worse is that they’re only like a dollar so we’re barely making any money on them.
Another quick question, so we just got ePick/Move at our store and of course I'm not working SFS this week to mess around with it. Anyway to get to the point is there anyway to scan a new cart in the middle of the batch like you could with a PDA? Because a TM had a completely overflowing cart...
Awesome! Thanks! That's what I was hoping for. I assume you can print them immediately (give or take a few minutes) after scanning the packing station?
My store didn't have any communication on the new collate printing process and it happened to show up at the best possible time when I was training two people in SFS. Ended up manually reprinting 50 collates until we saw the "Print/Pack" option so that was fun...
Quick question however, so say...
