Anybody know how soon after a transaction is rung at the POS that it updates the count in my work? We have Flex drop in for a SL item that I know we had just sold the last one not too long prior to the Flex dropping.

@mobilelady thanks for your replies! Just to clarify, I was simply piggybacking on the toggling "issue", not insinuating we were getting orders for recalls. I should have been more specific. Apologies!

If we could just get PPTMs on board with backing up the lanes, life would be much better! They can literally be working in $spot and won't help. That's gotta look great for the guests. In other news, the new TS&S process seems to be going really well at our store. Heard a TM say he was baffled...

Use the swap shift board. Or better yet, ASK your coworkers if you could swap one of your shifts for one of theirs. If you know that far in advance, submit a request. Doesn't seem like you want to try to me. Who cares if the store stuffers, right? 🙄

I'll let you know! The last one was the end of Q2, so I would think it would happen again in October, but that's purely a guess.

I think they are doing it quarterly, but haven't heard the exact dates of the next one.

Not for flex. Just something else that needs a link to MyWork while we were on the subject. But like someone else said, even the ability to copy and paste would be a drastic improvement.

Any chance they can get alerts to link to MyWork for when there are recalls? Manually toggling back and forth to type in each DPCI sucks.

Having worked at a few other department stores, it really doesn't make sense to me for A&A to be on POG. And I know I posted this on another thread, but what makes the least sense to me is why the folded merch in the back is in location but the hanging isn't. Somebody please help me understand...

Can anyone explain to me why SL hanging isn't in location in the back but the folded has to be?
