    Salvage and CRC

The price change process is mostly clear, except when it comes to how we get credit for price change via CRC. Well that last part in particular is concerning since you work in OTC. OTC salvage product shouldn't be going in either. Per best practice and this is stated on the Price Change/Salvage...

    Salvage and CRC

Well as stated that is an assumption. I mean the thought process makes sense and I am curious if they do expire. If they don't then what is happening is that your store is salvaging out more than what you physical have. Which option is better? To have everything stickered, but the final...

    Salvage and CRC

This is only referring to defective CRC items. The reports only reflect that particular process and the items that are not scanned are shortage. There hasn't been an official update on price change salvage via CRC affecting stores final inventory. I am sure we will eventually be scored on it...

    HR Expert Position

I'm considering leaving receiving, which I've done for several years and applying for an hr expert position at another store. I do my job very well and am considered my district's trainer, but sometimes I feel like I'm missing out being in the back. I feel that I could do a good job as HR, but...

    CRC Salvage new program

You can still mysupport, you just have to enter the web address. I know we are supposed to just use chatbot, which I do sometimes, but on somethings logging into the computer and submitting a mysupport is still significantly quicker than chatbot.

    Hip printer issues

I would first make sure you are using the right labels. UPC for defectives and yellow clearance for price change, even items that are salvaged out. It will jam if you are entering a quantity greater than 2-3. If it still doesn't work, I would give to the PML to send out.

    CRC Salvage new program

I mysupported this a few days ago, because I was wondering if it is like defective CRC and we only get credit with the printed sticker. When you scan the salvaged sticker it does give you the info of who and when it was salvaged, but it doesn't show the history like defected merchandise...

    CRC Salvage new program

If you start the process of defecting an item and go to the top right you should see the recent defective history of the item. After a few days it drops and you have to rely on the defective sticker.

    Inventory 2022

We were part of the pilot that did it ourselves. From my understanding it went well, I'm pretty sure they will be expanding it next year.

Receiving Pilot is Not Going Forward!

That's crazy, I'm curious to know how that went.

    Inventory

Has anyone done the pilot of Target doing inventory themselves? Ours went well, but we will see if it rolls out everywhere.

    Entertainment Dcode?

What has worked for me is keying the on hands that the system has. I'll do a quick look through the item info to see what collection names I need to look for and grab what has old dates. I'll just go through all of stationary and it doesn't take me more than 20-30 minutes. I've partnered with...

    Vendors overstocking

It does seem like vendors have taken advantage of your situation, but sometimes you will be forced to take in NOP product. As a receiver I give pushback on everything that isn't part of a regular delivery. At least for me it's obvious when we have to accept nop product that we did not receive...

    Inventory 2022

Sorry each store is giving 6 for them to do inventory for their district, plus the actual store's employees helping out. These selected few will be the same team for that year's inventory. It is still split up throughout the year so we have at least one a month before 4th quarter. I wasn't...

    Inventory 2022

A couple of districts in our region are doing this. Each store is giving a tl and 5 tms. There is an ETL that overseas it with upper management involved.
