Do some of you still have Plano Teams?! I've had to basically solo Toys, Infants, and now Haircare.

Is anyone else setting BTS/BTC this week? We started Sunday and there is so much product still.

That's what I thought. No one at my store has any idea about that position. Even with it in the July Addendum, all I'm told is that they haven't heard any communication about it.

Is Presentation Expert only for higher volume stores?

Guess I won't push for cleaning house on the backlog of signs yet then. We're in the middle of poorly transitioning into Modernization and Transition-wise everything is falling crumbling.

How long do you guys hold onto old signing? We've missed some sets and it is starting to pile up.

My store has to stay at 95% or higher on TWT, as well. Of course, that doesn't mean that things actually get set though..
