I started my Target journey as overnight simply because I did not particularly want to work with customers but found the job suits me better then I could of imagined. I started in softlines, then cross trained in Electronics then became permanent the Backroom which is what I prefer.
Switched to dayside after night shift was Xed at my store and was instocks until that was stopped, then price change team until that was stopped.
Now I am at my happiest ever as food and beverage expert. My DBO position means being organized and dealing with a crazy amount of work to do. This actually helps my OCD and ADHD from driving me crazy.
