Hello, I'm not sure why everyone is saying this changed. Aunt as of today 9/15/22 is still immediate family and you do get 3 scheduled days off. Aunt-in-law is distant family and that's up to 4 hours. This is on the time off guide found in www.targetpayandbenefits.com after you log in
