I had an epiphany once that cashiers were powerful if bannded together as a TEAM. REDCards ARE the key to power.
Before the revolt, spot wasted 2+ months on giving me excuses and lies, peppered with occasional mention of occasional talk between stores...at least before the resistance was formed.
When I realized that spot was never going to "help" me for multiple, petty reasons, I complained to a TM who told me I shouldn't have expected them to release me with my REDCard numbers being so great... Point taken! I informally found a number of fello, trusted, disgruntled Cashiers — and soon thereafter, REDCards fell off the board—we all had a dramatic and sudden drop in REDCard applications by guests at the same time... WEIRD! We all continued to ask every guest, every time... after ~10 days the ETLs involved resolved the matter and pulled me aside one shift to "con
