I mean, are we discussing Process Ownership Simplification here? You are aware that this is something that was rolled out at all stores, not just yours right? The store leadership team would have chosen the TL that they thought would be best suited for the Ops role.

It’s a zoom call with all the SDs and TLs on the bench to become ETLs in the district. They are broken up into different small groups. It’s supposed to be so you get a chance to know the other SDs and your peers from other stores.
