We are in week 2 of the transition. We were behind going into this transition. Planograms are taking way longer then they say they should. Team is working really hard but we still can't seem to get ahead. Not getting a whole lot of support from etl.

Agreed. Presentation is based adjacency calendar. An even with most of our team members getting 40hr we are still struggling to complete are work. So yes some weeks we need all hands on deck.

Our backroom has always pulled everyone's batchs. If my team (Presentation) had to pull there own we would carryover so much workload every week. Unless they gave us more hours which wo old not likely happen. We usually have a backroom team member at 6am.
