why do you think you are required to enter your TM number everytime you log into a cash register. well one of the reasons is that all of your stats and information is used in scheduling I am sure. and people who work HR said in this thread that speed scores, red card apps, and things like that...
I agree ad takedown is pretty fun because you usually are in a group of a couple people that you can talk to while doing it plus its pretty easy work. Except in electronics that place is horrible. Reshop is also horrible in electronics like half the isles aren't even labeled with what isle it is.
interesting thoughts. my store is super low volume so we probably don't even have to worry about the business need much at all its mostly just availability.
The best one I remember seeing was $50 dollars off a keurig coffee maker a few months ago. They were all torn off within like 3 days after the magazines were put in the break room. WBU ?

attractiveness is just one of the factors I didn't say its the only one. I mean it doesn't hurt your chances of getting red cards well just put it that way lol.

I am sure there is a reason for this and other situations like yours
but the thing is that not a whole lot of people will openly talk about it.
HR seems to be really secretive about scheduling and gives really general answers when asked...
haha sorry for all the questions just curious am I not the only one who wonders about scheduling ?? especially when comparing say a couple team members with equal availability that get very different hours and shifts ?
I just kind of have an obsession of knowing how things work on the inside lol just kind of a hobby of mine
for example some people might like to know a lot about cooking or computers I just like to know about stuff like this
so lets say they think team members with better attitudes would make the store run in the green..
or that team members that have certain specific qualities or that are hard workers etc. would make them run in the green...
they would give them more hours over other TM ?
