sure, you can get lucky for a shift or two and have really high productivity based on high eaches and everything being available. Buuuut, in my experience if someone is -consistently- that much higher than everyone else, shenanigans are involved.

Hit 39,000 on an extended flex shift the other day. Not doing that again. Usually around 22,000 for a regular full shift.

Show up to your shifts, on time, and dont miss any days. That alone will put you above 70% of other seasonal hires.

Just following up on this because they finally enacted this at my store. Huge relief as the situation back there with mountains of style got even worse. Any other stores start doing this? Has definitely made things a lot easier for fulfillment.

If you put style into its own group, I know that would just make everyone on my team try to avoid them like the plague. Like you were being punished for having to be the guy to pull the style batch. I dont like how the new grocery batches are for this reason too. Everyone would rather gobble...

Anyone know what the source for the playlists are? Like are they just using a secret spotify playlist or what. Through what mechanism is the music being played.

They suck. Another half baked idea cooked up by people who have never actually worked in a target.
