It's been a great 5 year run, but it's time to move on. Done a lot of good things at my RDC and they've done a lot of good for me. Made a lot of friends there.

Also they have no production numbers, they more or less just know what needs to be done and they do it. That being said, proving to your GL'S that you work well unsupervised is a must. They have GL'S too, but they have very minimal supervision.

Don't sweat it. That sort of thing is completely normal at my DC. I had a friend literally just get hired last week at my DC and he didn't hear back from them until about a week and a half from his interview day.

I would suggest you call up there to double check. Packers fall under a different category, based on your last message it kind of sounds like you were supposed to be there.
Overtime is hit/miss right now. I put in 2 days of overtime last week, but this week wasn't available. I'm sure there will be plenty to go around soon enough.

A2 is a pretty rough shift in my opinion, but that's where a lot of people start at. Store seniority carries over to the DC, so after 6 months you can sign up for a better shift if you don't like A2.
