I'd argue fulfillment is the most structured job we have at Target.

Theoretically the remodel shouldnt impact store payroll at all. It might feel like you're getting extra because the remodel tms will be doing some of the work that would have to be done anyways though.

How is your store doing operationally? This sounds like you're pretty far from modernization best practices.

It is an inbound responsibility, yes. That said, if it isn't finished style helps. No sense in fighting a turf war instead of driving sales.

Get breakout done. If that means you and your style TLs are in the back breaking out at 3PM so be it. It's cliche, but you cant sell from the backroom.

This does happen legitimately too, as people make a living from buying sale items and reselling them. It's not allowed at Target, but perfectly legal.

This works, but will mess with your SFQ. If you care about sales more than BRLA I'd advise giving the system accurate information.
