Store now is a 6am and the differential pay is gone but we are suppose to get a % of it as a "raise" ? How much should we expect?

Backroom has been helping the flow team at our store in a few areas... But backroom don't really like to... Imo there shouldn't be a lot of backroom TMs early in the morning.. After they get the pulls pulled...what is there to do for them?

In two weeks our store will go to 6am from 4am... curious to see how this plays out... any feed back on what to expect in terms of hours for flow team, backroom, instocks, etc... Also trucks will be Monday, Wed, Fri... before Tues, Thurs, Sat... Thanks!
