It really all depends on the store. I've been in stores where the Sr. TL's just work mindlessly and are basically ETL's without the pay or credit. I've also seen stores where the Sr. TL doesn't really do all that much except take LOD shifts. But most of the Sr. TL's I've talked to have enjoyed...
