I love how at our store they are telling team leads to coach, write people up, "get on your people", get them to work faster or their getting fired, basically because they are not getting their work completed in that whopping 4 hrs they give them. Our store is falling apart, it looks worse than fourth quarter. Nobody is pushing Easter candy we have pallets lined up from one end to the other in the stockroom. Nobody seems to care, right now softlines truck push is more important. Easter is Sunday. They won't let us flex the candy instead...

I'm not the signing person, I was just wondering if anybody else's signing person has had their 1 on 1 yet.

I'm new to this group, and wasn't sure if this question has been asked yet, but does anyone know what happens to the signing persons job after this modernization takes place. I heard it goes away and they become gm.
