When is HBA sorted by aisle? Cosmetics. Maybe.

Most areas are 100% complete every day. If not they are complete by end of day on Friday.

It's the DBOs job to get it ready for the set. There was 0 push off the truck for that dept. Plenty of time to get it ready, timing is everything. It went salvage on Friday. So sign it, let it sell and set it in Friday.

Any one have pictures of there clean fixture rooms I would love to see them posted. Our SD is cleaning ours. Scary, tossing everything. His words if we need it he'll order it. 🙏

We had a construction company do ours. The fixture crew was separate from them they reported directly to me. Not the construction Forman, he was in charge of the drywall, the floors, the elec. Etc, anything thst wasn't fixtures

Plus the nodes are bad. A store close to us is getting a full remodel. No nodes no. Corners. Its looks good but not practical.

We have a GM expert that owns mini and seasonal. Transition team plus expert in that dept owns the set. The lead is GM 1 inbound.

I think their right about the corners. Kitchen corner is nice to look at but we lost a lot of products. The selection was a lot better before.

I was remodel team lead. One of many I've done. Ours was a total NG remodel. We changed everything. It took a little while to get back to normal after. But our store is beautiful. Some guests hate it some love it. You can't please everyone.

I guess it depends on your store. In my store, it does matter. As GM 2 lead I have core and transition. It's my job to ensure TWT is clear. I help other leaders with their planing. Our price change is also clear by Saturday of each week. Each DBO completes there own. It works people. leaders...

You forget that when some if us started 30 plus years ago. The normal raise for a team member was 85 to 90 cents. And if you were really good it was 95 team leaders got 90,95,0r 1.00. That was the first 15 or so years I went from 4.70 to 17.00 pretty quickly as I've been a TL for 31 years. Now...
