Did you change floor count through "manage sales floor quantity" or "inventory audit"? Because inventory audit will change the on hand count as long as you've scanned all the sales floor locations and any backroom locations it's tied to.

This "scruffi"-est people stayed in the back all day. Now everyone has to work on the sales floor while the store is open. So you get to see everybody, isn't that nice? Long gone are the days of "great by 8". Now push goes til 12/1, longer sometimes.

You're updating inventory counts. On the report you'll see these numbers for each DPCI: counted, on hand and Difference Subtract the "Difference" from the current On Hand number (not what's on the reoprt, what your device says you currently have on hand), and enter that under the sales floor...
