Funny thing it's easier to hit 80% because there is nothing to pull lately! My store is more concerned with getting items PULLED but not PUSHED. Numerous times I have left ONE three-tier to hit 80%. I would then be off the next day and it would still be there until I worked again two days...

Can the district and/or corporate view percentages in real time? I work afternoons and when I start the percentage is well below 10%. I am usually the only that pulls my department. They are "too busy" pushing truck to ever do it. 🙄 What if I don't show up?

If you demote to a TM it's going to look like TARGET DEMOTED YOU. I would stick it out and keep looking for another job. You were a TM for years before coming a TL so that works in your favor. PM me if you want.

Agreed. IMHO no one at my store wants to be a TL because of chronic understaffing.

Great point. I had never even to been to the Target I work at until I went there for an interview there NINE years ago. It is less than six miles away. With the internet shopping and a Kroger that I can walk to why would I?

My state doesn't require it. However I did notice that Kroger posts stuff by the ounce not pound because they realize a lot of guests can't do the math. Posting by the pound is more important for meat and fish IMHO.

I wish our store did that it would save all the hassle of kicking out of the store constantly.

At my store I haven't noticed much more traffic though OPUs are through the roof. We actually weren't even that busy last week either. Also our store is so excited that we are hitting our pull percentage goals. I have to remind them that it is easy to hit that goal WHEN YOU HAVE NO PRODUCT TO...

But hey, we got loads of new people so we're all good, right??? Our store acts like they pay SO MUCH more than anyone else in the area still like it is 2019. Employees also want consistent START TIMES. I changed my availability because I didn't want to start at 9:00 AM, Noon, 1:30 PM, etc...

Where you an ODTM? If not it sounds like the they just ran query in the systems and booted anyone that hadn't worked in six months. I am surprised it took that long.

It's 6:00 PM and the store starts playing "Bro Country" songs. I heard this twice in same shift recently.

Does this also mean the store will be open to 11:00 PM that week for now on afterwards? We haven't been open that late since before COVID. Our store did that last Fall for Circle Week and no one was even told until the new schedule came out. My store has never opened at 7:00 AM except around...
