    Exactly my point and my TL told me I needed to stay and they told me if it occurs again that I’ll get a corrective action , I talked to another TL who says there might be confusion but I told them it’s illegal to keep me after I clock out .

    I agree with you to a certain extent. I don’t think I should be waiting 15-20 minutes after I clock out for the closing team lead to unlock the doors and let us out.

    Yeah there’s definitely miscommunication, on the first issue I see where I can be at fault however on the second issue is where I think they are trying to be intentional and telling me to stay off the clock so I can leave with the rest of the 9 o clock crew

    I need to know how I should react based upon my ETL. I’m legit in the middle of a transfer to another store in another city and a talk away from getting a corrective action. Anything I say could be used against me so I wanna know how I should approach it
