I hate that only one of us can get into an order to stage it. Our coolers and regular area are in two different areas of the store. We usually divide and conquer the orders.
That sucks.
I ended up not giving a meal CCA out because this ETL kept telling my team member to take the next guest. HR said (and I agreed) that ETL wouldn’t let the team member clock out. It’s not their fault.
You should be interacting with guests. Our cart cleaners are super outgoing. They talk to almost every guest coming in and leaving. Not just a hi either. Our two main cleaners know the regulars by name and always are chatting away with guests.
Honestly, it’s a great job for the team members...
