Yesterday my ETL said that we haven't been hitting the pull percentages. The ETL had pulled (but not pushed) a crapload of casestock. I had noticed they aren't cutting hours for the morning team. However almost all pulls are done at night so we get behind and it just rolls to the next day...

At my store, those of us who show up are usually allowed to stay longer and the hours get sucked up that way. Of course if you work afternoons staying over to finish isn't an option because the store is closed.

In a related does Mytime not let you pickup shifts unless they are TEN hours apart? For example: I do not work today. I am scheduled tomorrow 5:00 to 10:00 PM. However there is a 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM shift. Will Mytime let me add the earlier shift? I tried to do that but it was denied...

I glanced at the availability form. Is it just me or are there a lot more questions than last year in regards to specific weeks? Will there be any extra pay for working specific days?

It harkens back to when I used to work 4 to 8 and just zoned and did reshop BUT NO PULLS.

My store recently posted a 3.25 hour shift. I didn't think Target ever did that. The dumb thing is they then posted a similiar but longer shift that overlaps with that one.

In my department they are delaying the start of the afternoon shifts to give the morning TM more hours. Therefore the total hours allocated doesn't change. Management also doesn't understand that I can't work past my shift BECAUSE THE STORE IS CLOSED!
