I have accidentally shown personal real estate. A sense of humor is very helpful.
"That explains the breeze felt"
"Ach wardrobe malfunction"
Think about it and find your punch line.
I don't know exactly how many parallels you can draw between e2e and whole foods process but it looks like Spot tms are coping better at filling, ordering, maintaining.
See if you can get it to rhyme.
I was given the role of Tl,
And I'd like to think I excel.
A crew I do boss,
All profit no loss.
Our metric is just short of swell.
(Indicate room for improvement they love that)
What I would have liked was more refresher courses for the tms who rarely/never used equipment. Retrain if necessary. Waiting for an incident or near miss seems risky. Also might foster a "no tell" culture.
I noticed three articles about Amazon/Whole Foods and order -to -shelf processes that left aisles and shelves empty. Wouldn't it be ironic if E toE was viewed w happy nostalgia?
Nazgul maybe? Just sort of disembodied til they're activated. Then they sweep in and hack up bedding, then on to softlines and sporting goods while the Witchking screeches from atop a pipo pallet of diapers.
E 2 e ended our communal breaks. People just wander in and out of the break room whenever. Since everyone is supposed to be interested in only their own areas there's no reason to talk to anyone. Most of the long time tms are gone. Most of the noobs are nose-to-phone. Apparently this is more modern.
E to e will finally be acknowledged as the situation it is, Spot will be sold to Amazon as shareholders and others are ready to cash out. 2019 a very brave new world.
