Thanks so much for the replies. Please continue to answer if you haven't already. I can use as many as you all will give me. I know the concern isprivacy and I promise that won't be jeapordized I just really need my upper management to understand the importance of the role they play in team...
If you have to leave that out it's fine...even just a general area (more than 10 yrs) would be great. I am trying to improve the environment at my store and the best way I can think to do it is to back it with some numbers. Any help you can offer would be so appreciated!
