    Asking to have a slightly earlier shift.

    If it's in a month then I would ask your etl if they want you to put in a time off request or of they can schedule you slightly different then normal. If it's something last minute usually it isn't a big deal for your schedule to be adjusted if it's not a huge difference.

    See if it updates by your next shift. Your first 2 weeks are usually given to you at orientation for training. Because you started later in the week it may have been missed. Just ask your tl or etl on your next shift.

    It varies so much depending on area that it's hard to even answer. Tms will make 15 to up to 19 starting. Tls could be 4 to 8 dollars more then that starting. It's even more convoluted for salary as management experience can greatly change what you are making.

    We cap at 80 hours in my stare but we only accrue 40 per year I think. Maybe it's a state thing but if you have the hours you should be able to use them to replace your shift

    Well if someone's availability is past 10 then why not. We do it at my store and it helps get a lot of the little things done so it's not left in the morning.

    Yes during annual review. Based on payroll and sales. 500 for payroll 500 for sales and 500 if sales comp 10% or something of that nature. 1500 max. I don't remember the exact details.
