Welp, after a long time with spot, I also left. 2 ETLs were fired and more TLs put in their 2 weeks.

We just had a few team members walk out the other day and another TL put their 2 weeks in.

I update my resume all the time, never once heard of anyone checking up on that kinda stuff, but had they they would have seen my resignation coming.

Keep in mind it is not always the full 8 hours holiday pay, but up to your average. At first I started getting paid for 7 hours then eventually went to the 8 when my average increased.

Take the best ETL there is in your store that drives and gets results. Learn from them, see how they achieve such goals, that I feel should be your mentor. You want to make sure you take away something good, not just from someone that does enough to get by.
