    What I did when I was cashier was if I identified a coupon frauder in my line, I'd ask them for the coupons of the specific item as I was ringing out the item instead of getting a pile of coupons at the end. It made it a lot easier to see which coupons were legit and which weren't. they stopped...

    as tps, i would sprint out of my office full speed down to the exit. once everyone has my attention and thinks i'm about to snag a shoplifter, i'll just look at my watch and say "whew, record time!" and just walk back to my office.

    Hi all, I've been TPS for almost a year, and one thing that irks me is how often ETLs make me push CAFs. I'm willing to push one or two to be a team player, but quite often they'll have me pushing CAFs for close to 3 hours. If it's a slow day then I'm not as frustrated, but on a busy day there...
