So in my store I've noticed that there is only one certain ethnicity that does this scam...maybe saw one or two others do this scam but that's about it. is this the same for your stores?

as tps, i would sprint out of my office full speed down to the exit. once everyone has my attention and thinks i'm about to snag a shoplifter, i'll just look at my watch and say "whew, record time!" and just walk back to my office.

Hi all, I've been TPS for almost a year, and one thing that irks me is how often ETLs make me push CAFs. I'm willing to push one or two to be a team player, but quite often they'll have me pushing CAFs for close to 3 hours. If it's a slow day then I'm not as frustrated, but on a busy day there...
