I think if we scheduled tm for a regular weekend off like the leaders we may have less call offs. The whole work life balance thing should apply to everyone. If they only have weekend availability then that's a different story.

Consistently green with priority pulls but we will also pull OFO in its entirety if the dpci is a reasonable number like 30 and under. We are also trying to get some of the larger OFO more manageable and will pull by aisle so its fast pushing.

Super hard to enforce standards when the ETLs walk by someone and say nothing if they are out of dress code or not wearing their name tag. If they are observed not acknowledging guest. It makes me look unreasonable and im "mean" if I say something.

We actually schedule someone to do the priority pulls at night. It has worked out pretty good. Some days there is someone who will pull mid morning or early afternoon. I just want someone to take care of backstock. It gets quite messy!
