Here’s the thing...if you’re legit sick and you never call out you’ll be fine. If your that team member that calls out for every little thing multiple times a month then no...people will be pissed and you’ll be on the radar.

So...nobody gets fired for banging a tm. It’s shitty if they keep it a secret and you get called out on it but realistically they spoke to both, and offered one of them to either transfer or resign. I’m guessing the team member decided to resign.

Peoplesoft is the HR system we use however I hear it's migrating to WorkDay in 2018

I had this same problem...you have to call the CSC and they have to reset something on their end. It only affects websites outside of targets network (Kronos, my schedule, etc).
