    Sum of attachments+sum of s/rp divided by sum of all cores X100 and divide that answer by 300 X100=AAR. If you track everything with every core you can use this calculation at any time...

    My team has achieved at least 76% or higher every week since the beginning of this year. Our last wtd was 80.29 and ytd we are above 79%.... Do you have, or use ways, to hold your team members accountable or recognize them on a daily basis for their personal AAR, do they have personal AAR goals...

    What are all of you achieving w.t.d. currently in regard to a.a.r. ? My team has been achieving incredible scores sence the beginning of the year, I have worked very hard and close with my team to get to this point.
