Our STL is awesome.. We had Jimmy Johns on Thursday, Pot Belly Sandwiches on Friday, Taco Bar today and we have Pizza and Salad on Sunday. We are one happy store.

I must be lucky! I'm in the backroom and we don't work on Thanksgiving. We come in at midnight on Black Friday for the usual truck, autos and backstock. . Looking forward to having Boston Market for dinner as well. I won't complain at all.

As a BR team member, I would be happy to have someone back stock soft lines. We couldn't do the soft line autofills this morning because of 8 shopping carts full of clothes down the backroom aisles.

We have gotten our instock team back, and we still have our Back Room team as well. I'm on the BR team at my store and its been really hectic so far. We have E2E in Market and Soft Lines and both areas are in shambles. We currently have about 8 pallets of SL repacks that haven't been touched...

I believe this whole E2E program is a bust. It is a logistical nightmare, our backroom is never clean plus having to take care of other people's messes is frustrating.

At our store we still have an instocks team as well as the Backroom team.. we have to back stock all POG stuff as well. Our backroom is yellow for the year which is sad because last year we were green. Our flow TL just got fired, our Logistics ETL is running the trucks! Now that's a funny thing...
