    I would kill for 2 uboats a week, or 2 flats. We only get one uboat a week (except during 4th quarter) and usually have little to no backstock.

    We sell a ton of vinyls. And we don’t follow the planogram. There is a shelf or 2 for the new releases, and everything else is alphabetized by artist. Makes it so much easier to stock

Also, I hate that a lot of movies are still vendor items, so they think you have 15 on hand, but never received...
