Most of our flow team are cross trained in different departments so once the truck is unloaded, pushed and backstocked most of us are versatile enough to work elsewhere in the store, the boss at my store see us as more than just truck pushers

Wow.... i dont know what store you work at but our flow team does waaaaay more than just unload, push and backstock

Just want to get feedback from other flow team members that are only getting 12.00$ an hour compared to soft lines, electronics and cosmetics etc that are getting 12.50 an hour, in my opinion flow team is the heartbeat of the whole store
