at our store we have 2 tm scheduled daily for price change under gm. A&A do their own price change. Every dept set their own revisions and endcaps weekly as planned by the dept leader.

When you call out, you don’t have to give a reason. You should have enough sick hrs by now to cover the hrs of your shift. It’s the only way they can not pdd you.

Our DTL & SD agreed on inbound leaders owning pp1 areas on the sales floor and backroom only. We alternate weekends and when one opens at 5:30am to start the inbound process the other comes in at 7 or 8 am.

Our closing TL is not one of our SRTL. She was softline TL and is now going to be the closer. Now in our store we have had only two SRTL since last year and now one is being promoted to ETL the other is going to be softline TL

Our PG45 is $23. PG40 is 19.75. Because my merit last year was DEO. I’ve been making 20.94/hr. Just got my review and I received a DIO which puts me at 21.67. And around May or June all TL’s will be making 23/hr unless of course they’re already making that or more.

The softline fixtures are also in the fixture room as well as every other stock room. The leaders send tm to drop fixtures off and 9 times out of 10 they the racks are left any & everywhere.

no! we've been 4am-12pm since april of last year and so now this april we will be 6am-2 pm (plano & inbound)

we fill paper throughout the day and in my store paper is alway empty no matter how many times it is filled but that's the only thing he is told to push since we keep bulk paper in receiving.
