    Hello HRs! How do you guys feel about punch corrections, PTO/Unpaid Time Off Requests, and Availability Requests being in the MyTime app/Website? I personally hate it since I can’t approve anything!

    It is something you have to know how to multitask with. You have to know how to deal with different personalities. It is a good job (depending on the store). My experience has been mostly positive but depending on the store, there can be negative things.

    Don’t hesitate to reach out! It’s a position that you will constantly learn in. It’s a lot to remember but once you get the hang of it, it’ll feel like nothing!

    There's a store in my district that has an SD and a Senior ETL for Inbound Operations who has regular ETLs under him.

    TSC in backroom?

    It is terrible! Much less space and the break room is smaller. TLs don’t have any desks and ETLs have cramped desks. The TSC Desk is a joke as well. I understand why they did it though, but mine could’ve been executed better imo.
