I saw the prepaid thing the other day. My guess is it’s probably how the api is built & how Apple sets up Apple Pay. Since it’s a different card number it’s probably acting as a prepaid card but I was so confused when I saw it.

Noticed today they updated the receipt viewer. At least accessing it on the new my devices it’s basically one page and also has an option for online receipts so it may be coming to the pos very soon.

I literally saw that yesterday and I just happen to be helping a mobile team member but I thought it was already there for electronics. Nice to know I wasn’t completely crazy.

Yesterday I wasn’t able to return alcohol because I’m only 20 so the register stopped me when hitting refund and forced a team member that’s over 21 to return. Didn’t know this. I knew that the flex and drive up was suppose to do something similar but never did and I can still do those and cash out.

Actually on the old pos you could post void to a debit card purchase you just had to type in the receipt number. I remember doing it one time for ap and tbh I don’t even know if it worked but it went through and ap said I did as much as I can so it was whatever

Also speaking of SCO; I’ve always wondered why they didn’t update them because the pin for the team members are based on the classic pos and now it seems like all stores only have one classic in the entire store. Idky they wouldn’t just update it to the new one where 99% of the registers have...

Wym? If you mean printing one after the transaction you can just hit reprint receipt in the menu but idk if that’s what you mean or not.

Yeah for some reason the electronics registers are mad fast. I was closing the lanes and logging into them was like almost instant. If all the registers were like that then no one would have a problem logging in or switching apps. Weird only electronics has it hmm

Just talked with my etl last night and they said that they couldn’t do it…idk if they’re just lazy or don’t know how or what but that was the end of that conversation…and btw the classic register was crashed again…
