The 30-minute/15-item hold started around noon for is today. My store is ULV so this is just making us come within seconds of goal time bow because we're spending so long looking for these items.

I'm not sure if I'm relieved we're not the only ones with these problems or not 😕 the negative OH in particular is killing us. But we're ULV and so not all this stuff is being sold out from under us. A lot of it is showing as arrived but never sold (and never found in the backroom).

We're in remodel so most of our DBOs moved to overnights and aren't in their departments. We can't get anything done now, so this will just kill us 😂😢

My store is ULV and orders are often fewer than 15 items. We already get OPU lulls and then everyone will hop into SFS carts so we're not loafing, leaving nobody to pick OPUs until the first person finishes their SFS cart. Now we could be down 30 minutes AND they'll sit? Oh, crap. 😳

Same here, and it's dreadfully boring. Our OPU numbers aren't as high as they should be, either. Come to think of it, for the Sunday before a holiday, especially the first somewhat "normal" one in a while, the store itself should've been busier.

Until MPM is finally back for OPU INFs, I've been making sure to open the item in myWork and refreshing it in my 20 Recent Items list until I sit down to do my audits for the day 👍

Every day when I log in, I change my alerts from Fulfillment to something else, hit Save and then change them back to Fulfillment and that usually works. The more I think about it, the more annoyed I am about this. We're going to have to make sure every single vehicle in the store is labeled (down to Style metros, which I've had to use before when the pandemic began and we were drowning). And if we can't copy/paste/type in subcarts, YIKES...

So, you really can't know, because if it's only one bag that is a problem bag, you won't know which of the two TMs put it there, because you have no way of knowing if your problem bag was put in first or last. Cool. 🙄
