Correct, that’s the main thing I told them. I could easily make it work if I even had 5 extra hours a day for backroom but I was not given that. Now that GM owns backroom they’re going to invest EIGHT extra hours a day when all I asked for was 5. Of course they’ll be able to succeed now 🙃🙃

I am in a low volume store, we only do 40mil. Our SD owned S&E & the closing experience since we only have 4 ETLs (HR, GM, Specialty & Merch Ops, previously S&E). Most of the stores in my district are similar in volume minus 2 that do around 70mil.

I’m wondering this as well. I passed my interviews last week & waiting to hear if there’s a definite opening in my district but don’t want to take anything too low when I’m the most tenured & capable lead my current store has.

YES this is my biggest issue with the gm team right now & get mad when I challenge it but my backroom team is going to have to touch it 4 times if I don’t 😅

I use my assignment sheets to map out the hours. Whatever hours are left are for the other teams. I only have 3 consistent presentation TMs so everyone else I have does the other duties & learns pog as we have time
