Everywhere EXCEPT Fulfillment/DU/OPU. Those are the places where hours are sent to die. The store doesn't seem to much care for other places. We can just do backup calls right? Hey why isn't the floor work done???

We had a system. It worked. If everyone finished their shit early we'd all go to food and help them and then that was it, you went home. We had a backroom team backstocking right off the truck. It was amazing.

We just got one TL last year and they just put in their 2 weeks Not as bad as your store but I notice TLs don't tend to last long here. They appear to be incapable of hiring HR ETLs that aren't complete assholes though, I never get friendly with HR TMs because they never last very long

Some days it feels like they want it so salaried people are the only ones left because they can do everything. I've seen more ETLs doing stuff up front than before for sure
