Besides prepping, what tricks do you guys use to increase pack speed? 3 packers all over 100 speed....couldn't knock off 3k in 8 hours....do you use a 4th prepping? Or finishing taping boxes?

How many people picking? We did 1600 today with 6 picking, 3 packing, 1 prepping....and still missed sort by about 100......no clue how you guys are doing more than that

How many people are you guys running with....we have 5 pick, 2-3 packing.....we started at 325 for the day, by 4pm it was at 800 and we had picked just over 900 by 4pm. We are forecasted 150 a day, 3 pack stations.. We get shut off every time we go 10% over forecast. Just not fair when we can handle so much more.

I can't figure out how to increase how many orders we get for sfs.... Green all metrics, pick day and night. We are at the point by noon today, tomorrow had closed, and we were building Thursdays batch.....
